Usually Ask

What display size do I need for my conference room? +
A rough rule: 1" of screen diagonal per foot of viewing distance. A 20-foot-long room typically needs a 75"–85" display or a short-throw projector. We calculate this precisely based on your room dimensions and seat count during the design phase.
Can I control everything from my phone? +
Yes. With a control system like Control4 or a simpler IP-based solution, you can manage displays, audio zones, lighting, and more from any smartphone or tablet. We configure the app and user permissions during setup.
How disruptive is the installation process? +
For most commercial spaces, installation takes 1–3 days depending on scope. We coordinate with your schedule, work in phases if needed, and leave the space clean at the end of each day. We can also work weekends or after hours to minimize business disruption.
Do you work with existing equipment? +
Often, yes. We assess what you already have and integrate it where it makes sense. If something is incompatible or undersized for your needs, we'll tell you clearly — and give you the option to replace just that component.
What's the difference between commercial and consumer displays? +
Commercial displays are rated for 16–24 hours of daily use, have longer warranties, higher brightness for lit environments, portrait mounting support, and built-in media players or remote management features. Consumer TVs are rated for 6–8 hours and will fail quickly in commercial use.
Can you expand the system later? +
Absolutely. We design systems with expansion in mind — specifying amplifiers and switchers with headroom, and routing spare cable runs where practical. Adding a zone or room later is a straightforward job, not a full reinstall.
