Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Flagship Technologys LLC ("Flagship Technologys," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company.
By accessing or using our website at any Flagship Technologys domain, submitting a quote request, signing a service agreement, or engaging us to perform any installation or technology service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or engage our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and service recipients.
Services Provided
Flagship Technologys LLC provides technology installation and integration services for residential and commercial clients, including but not limited to:
- Network infrastructure design, installation, and configuration
- Surveillance camera systems and video management
- Audio and video systems (commercial AV, home theater, distributed audio)
- Whole-home audio and multi-zone speaker systems
- Access control systems (keypads, card readers, intercoms)
- Security alarm systems and intrusion detection
- Low-voltage and structured cabling infrastructure
The scope of each specific engagement is defined by the written quote or service agreement provided prior to work commencement. Services not listed in an approved quote or agreement are outside the scope and may be quoted separately.
We reserve the right to decline any service request at our sole discretion without explanation.
Quotes & Estimates
Quote Validity
Written quotes provided by Flagship Technologys are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the quote document. After this period, pricing may be subject to change due to fluctuations in equipment costs, labor rates, or project scope.
Accuracy of Estimates
Quotes submitted via our website quote form or provided verbally are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote following a site assessment where required. Preliminary estimates are not binding.
Scope Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope of work — including additional rooms, equipment upgrades, or unforeseen structural conditions discovered during installation — may result in a revised quote. We will notify you of any change orders before proceeding with out-of-scope work.
Payment Terms
Deposit
Most projects require a deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount prior to scheduling and equipment ordering. The specific deposit amount will be stated in your written quote or service agreement.
Balance Due
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the installation, prior to final system walkthrough and handoff, unless alternative payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.
Late Payments
Balances not paid within fifteen (15) days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Flagship Technologys reserves the right to suspend or withhold services, warranties, or ongoing support for accounts with overdue balances.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment by check, bank transfer (ACH), and major credit cards. Specific accepted methods will be noted on your invoice. Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.
Scheduling & Access
Site Access
You agree to provide Flagship Technologys technicians with safe, unrestricted access to the areas of your property necessary to complete the agreed scope of work. This includes access to wall cavities, attic spaces, electrical panels, and mechanical rooms as needed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a service call fee. If Flagship Technologys needs to reschedule due to circumstances on our end, we will notify you as soon as possible at no charge to you.
Delays
Flagship Technologys is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to equipment back-orders, permit processing times, weather conditions, or access restrictions at the property.
Occupied Properties
Work on occupied residential properties will be conducted with reasonable care to minimize disruption. You understand that installation activities may generate noise, dust, and minor disruptions during the work period.
Warranties & Disclaimers
Labor Warranty
Flagship Technologys warrants its installation workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of project completion. If a defect in workmanship is identified within this period, we will return to correct it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, misuse, power surges, or conditions outside our control.
Equipment Warranty
All equipment and hardware installed by Flagship Technologys is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and product. We will assist in facilitating warranty claims with manufacturers where possible, but we are not responsible for the terms, coverage, or response time of any manufacturer warranty.
No Implied Warranties
Except as expressly stated above, Flagship Technologys makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any services or equipment.

The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. We make no representations as to its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any particular purpose. Content is subject to change without notice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Florida law, Flagship Technologys LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the services provided or the use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to a specific service engagement shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Flagship Technologys for that specific engagement.
Flagship Technologys is not liable for loss of data, loss of business, security breaches caused by third-party equipment vulnerabilities, or any damages resulting from failure of third-party products, services, or internet connectivity.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Customer Responsibilities
As a client of Flagship Technologys, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when requesting quotes or services
- Ensure that you have the legal authority to authorize work on the property where services are to be performed
- Obtain any required permits or HOA approvals before work commences, unless you have engaged Flagship Technologys to do so on your behalf
- Ensure safe working conditions at the property and disclose any known hazards (asbestos, mold, live wiring, structural concerns, etc.) prior to the start of work
- Back up any existing data or configurations on devices that may be affected by the installation
- Not tamper with, modify, or attempt to self-repair any installed systems during the warranty period without first consulting Flagship Technologys
- Notify us promptly of any issues or concerns with installed systems
Intellectual Property
All content on the Flagship Technologys website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Flagship Technologys LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from this website without our express written permission.
System designs, network diagrams, and technical documentation created by Flagship Technologys as part of a service engagement remain the property of Flagship Technologys until full payment has been received, at which point they are provided to you for use in connection with the installed system.
Third-Party Products
Flagship Technologys installs and configures equipment from various third-party manufacturers including, but not limited to, Ubiquiti, Hikvision, Axis, Sonos, Samsung, Crestron, Control4, Klipsch, and others. These products are subject to the terms, licenses, and privacy policies of their respective manufacturers.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the policies or practices of any third-party manufacturer. Any support or warranty claims for third-party products must ultimately be resolved with the manufacturer.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site and such links do not constitute an endorsement.
Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement prior to project commencement by providing written notice. If you cancel after a deposit has been paid and equipment has been ordered, Flagship Technologys reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover equipment restocking fees, labor scheduling costs, and administrative expenses incurred.
Flagship Technologys reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for cause, including but not limited to: non-payment, unsafe working conditions, abusive conduct toward our staff, or breach of any material provision of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Flagship Technologys that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct communication within thirty (30) days of the dispute arising.
Changes to These Terms
Flagship Technologys reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. For active service engagements, the Terms in effect at the time of your signed quote or service agreement will govern that engagement.
